Purple hair cascaded down the side of his neck.
Golden hues glanced about the foliage.
Thin lips opening to breathe out a sigh, spotting...
[glow=indigo,2,300]The Divine Tree.[/glow]
His eyes marveled. What it must be like... to be a beautiful being of nature, capable of such great things. Atreyu was indeed in envy of this tree. To harness it's power, if it were possible, would be something worth dieing for. To have all of the answers, no matter the cost. This war that was breaking out, left him confused, and much in the dark. Atreyu desired the truth. He began to step toward the tree, letting a peaceful calm disposition fall into place as his muscles relaxed; his face less tenacious, and more natural.

Freedom at last. Mirage Kava, hidden within her emerald cloak, walked past each of the ancient trees. Her mind was set upon one single goal, the Divine Tree. Legend had it that this tree held the secrets of the world and all that was upon it. Many of the scholars from the palace came to this tree for the answers to the questions the nobles had.
Was the war really starting? Had the gates been opened after all? Who had been foolish enough to unlock the demons and free the angels?
Mirage needed to know the truth. Her family had left the palace in her charge as they traveled to the distances. Most likely, they were searching for the answers the prophets could not reveal to them. However, here, in this simple tree, all the answers were.
The snap of a twig beneath her foot caused her to freeze. Her eyes fell upon the male figure ahead of her. His eyes set upon the tree. Was their purpose there the same? [/color]

Atreyu's eyes stayed on the tree..
..whilest his hands stayed in his pockets..
..and his mind swayed from thought to thought.
[glow=indigo,2,300]Give me strength.. through knowledge. Give me the answers..[/glow]
Atreyu said to himself as he let his palm touch the bark of the empowering tree. It's mere touch sent his fingertips into fireworks. His eyes, danced a fire, looking upon the force of nature and intellegance that was The Divine Tree. He was always someone who wished to be noticed; noted for one thing or another. Perhaps be rich, or more rather.. be very strong? Be very well known, as a legend; ending through death in glamour. The smarts that he needed to make something of himself, lied within this tree. The uneasiness of the silence was like a balled up rag in his stomach, before he heard the
SNAP..
..of a twig. Turning to see the female, he noted her facial attributes almost instantly.

The female slowly removed the hood of her cloak so that she was visible. There was no use hiding who she was to this man. He had already seen her face. Mirage Kava, Princess of Odalicy, stepped out of the remaining trees and into the clearing. Her eyes, emerald like her cloak, sparkled as the sun slipped through the leaves over head.
The Divine Tree stood over all of the forest. Each of its limbs reaching out into the sky. Such beauty. She had never seen it in person, so naturally her mouth was dropped in awe until she closed it. She was here with a purpose.

Mirage Kava, Princess of Odalicy...
He had known and heard of her.
Atreyu nearly felt half-honored to meet her.
[glow=indigo,2,300]Atreyu Incubus..[/glow]
Atreyu spoke boldly. He wanted to make sure that everyone knew who he was. He was not a person to be taken lightly. Atreyu Incubus was a person who loved being out there. So as he always did, he put himself out there for Mirage, as if desiring for an approval, though either way, he would view her and himself the same. No ego appraisal or refusal would do a damn thing to change that.

The whisper of his name faded into her mind before she froze solid. The name, Atreyu Incubus, was familiar to her. She had heard many of the soilders in her father's arm speak about this man. Something about how he was the rebel leader in Cesennor. She hadn't heard much about him, just the fact that him and his men wanted to over throw her father and take the throne.
But, to murder royalty at the base of the Divine was a sin. She was safe. At least for now. "You are from Cesennor?" The question was casual however her body was trembling beneath her cloak. She had never encountered someone who held a grudge against her father before.

Alex was tired of teleportic-phasing everywhere. So, she decided to take a stroll through the forest. She had only one concern at this present moment, finding the Divine Tree. The question she was going to ask was one she'd been worried about since she heard the other vampyres gossiping.Have the gates opened?
The other questions she wanted answers to were not as important as this one. She needed this answer, so she can tell all of the vampyres the truth. So, the gossip can stop.
As Alex came closer to the Divine Tree she heard the sound of voices, and became interested. She smelled the air.
"Humans."
Alex wasn't hungry, she had just had a nice meal not even two days ago. So, she wondered if they were here for the same reason she came to the Divine Tree. As Alex approached the humans she noticed one was covered in an emerald cloak and the other had shocking purple hair. She was about twenty yards away when she coughed. Hoping her action would get their attention without frightening them away.[/color][/size]

"Humans."
Atreyu's acute hearing picked up the word.
Golden hues searched about the area.
He began to respond to Mirage.
[glow=indigo,2,300]Yes. Leader among the Hybrids.[/glow]
Atreyu always loved making himself known. He hated to be unknown. He wanted to be respected, loved, feared, hated, anything that would pain a broad picture of him in someone's mind. Atreyu came off as a strong person. That's how he wished to be perceived. Atreyu then chuckled beneath his breath. Humans? He was no human. Atreyu Incubus was a Hybrid. 3/4th's Demon, and only 1/4th Human. How ignorent.. he thought.

She understood that he was the leader of the Hybrids. Part demon and part human, that was what he was. She wasnt exactly sure of his past and why he was leading the rebellion against her family. There wasnt much she could do about it.
Her attention was quickly diverted towards the sound of someone coughing. Someone had also come to visit the tree. There was no doubt then that the rumors had reached the ears of others in Odalicy.
